Individual Therapy
45, 60, or 90 min sessions
twice-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as-needed
Personalized one-on-one support guided by a treatment plan we create together. We’ll initially meet weekly as we develop a relationship and lay the foundation for our work. From there, we can meet weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as-needed. Sessions are offered virtually and/or in-person at our Brooklyn office.
Couples & Partners Therapy
60 or 90 min sessions
twice-weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as-needed
It takes thoughtful effort to live in partnership with someone. Conflict is inevitable, and that’s okay. We help partners learn how to fight fairly and communicate with empathy, so every interaction turns into an opportunity to learn and grow. We’ll work on finding common values, attuning to one another, negotiating individual & shared needs, and cultivating intimacy in a safe, affirming way. We are LGBTQIA+, ENM/poly, and kink friendly.
Creative Therapeutic Intensives
1-3 full day (8 hr) intensive
+ a 90-min pre-intensive planning session and a 60-min post-intensive follow up
Do you ever feel stalled by the time constraints of weekly sessions? Or feel like you need to make some headway quickly? For those who want to go deeper, we offer full day intensives that are tailored to your specific needs. We’ll pull from EMDR, IFS, exposure therapy, somatic practice, mindfulness, creative arts therapy, and more.
New to therapy? Here’s what to expect.

Virtual, 90 minute meetings
Closed group, will run for about 6 sessions (exact frequency and scheduling will be curated to the needs of the group)
$65 per session
Supervision & Consultation
Starting clinical work for the first time or approaching uncharted territory in practice can be daunting experiences. I’m here to help process client interactions, evaluate treatment planning, and serve as a resource for refining your services. I hope clinicians can find their voice and get comfortable in their own skin, so they can bring their most authentic selves into their work. I also provide organizational consulting for non-profits looking to promote gender equity in the workplace or provide trauma-informed care.
