We provide curated therapy, consultation, education, and events that help creative queer people bring themselves more fully into the world.

We create affirming, generative spaces that inspire people to take risks and learn through direct experience. We believe art, music, writing, somatic experience, and community are essential components of mental health, and we consistently seek ways to integrate these elements into our approach.

We help clients deepen their relationship to self, experiment with brave new ways of living, and move confidently towards the things that matter most.  This enriches their quality of life by quieting the inner conflict and clearing the way for meaningful connections to people, passions, and creative pursuits.

We guide people from the monotony of living life according to the expectations of others to designing a rich and fulfilling life that lights them up.  We get curious about what their bodies and emotions are communicating. By developing flexibility and taking risks to try things differently, they become aware of their internal resilience and gain clarity around what feels affirming.  They open up to new experiences as they pursue alternatives to suppressing, avoiding, or closing themselves off from the world.

We facilitate this transformation by thoroughly assessing their needs, clarifying their values, carefully curating resources to supplement their existing strengths, and inspiring them to explore fresh perspectives.  Together we practice doing scary but important things.
